Dr. Jan Bayer has worked as a career development and occupational analysis expert for over 30 years. An Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, she specializes in career exploration, occupational analysis, focus group facilitation, and skills assessment. She has consulted with many federal and private sector organizations. Her experience includes survey work, training development, performance appraisal, competency modeling, and change management.Β

My core strengths and interests relate to the work of engaging clients from the start of a project through its conclusion and ensuring a promising result. I enjoy getting to know each client individually as we collaborate and develop our relationship. In our work together, I seek to understand each client's specific needs, and creatively resource the project to produce the best results.
