The Certified Military Transition Coach™ Training (CMTC™) is a rigorous program of learning for experienced professional coaches. Using a hybrid instructional method that includes asynchronous self-study, synchronous small-group interaction and real-time instruction, participants will be led on a fascinating learning journey by the nation's leading expert on the psychosocial aspects of transitioning from military service and embarking on a civilian career...while thriving personally.
Based on her 25 years of research and experience, two critically acclaimed books and countless hours spent coaching veterans and the civilians who hire and manage them, Emily King Grandinetta will provide participants with a solid theoretical framework and proven practical coaching tools/moves that have an observable positive impact on coaches. Includes coaching demonstration, practice, and feedback, and concludes with a criterion test that determines readiness for certification or necessary steps to achieving it.

Participants who successfully complete the CMTC™ course may be eligible and invited to partner with Emily & Grandinetta Group, LLC on client engagements using our proprietary content, materials and approach.
Course Requirements:
- Designed for experienced coaches (PCC+) who do currently or want to work with transitioning military in government or civilian organizational settings
- Veteran status is not a factor in considering candidacy for certification; most essential is that participants be seasoned coaches steeped in the ICF core competencies and ethical standards
- Full and active participation in all program elements is required
- Successful completion of learning quizzes and assessments is required
- Successful completion of the final criterion test is required for CMTC™ status by Grandinetta Group, LLC
